Remedies for health

For diarrhoea-

Chundaikkai- 50 gms, Manaktakalikai- 50 gms, Vaipampoo ( neem flower)-25 gms, Khus Khus- 25 gms, Heeng-12 gms, Salt nd Pepper - 25 gms, Jeera- 50 gms. Grind it and mix 2 tsp in rice . Good for indigestion and general stomach ailments. Have it 2- 3 days a week.

Have vegetable made of Lauki, Kaddu, Cucumber, Cabbage and Potato - heat with salt, heeng, jeera,green chilly and grated coconut. Eat with rice.

Have Avial - Make with carrot, beans, Drumstick, Gvarfali, cooked with rye and coconut oil. Have it with roti and south indian achar.
