En route to the Mansarovar, it was noticed that often some tourists got exhausted and had to be given oxygen at a high altitude. But even at 5 to 6 litres per minute they found it difficult to walk. When they did slow and consistent Pranayam they could walk better, even without oxygen, since they had opened up their cells, which had released enough energy to sustain a walk. Such is the miracle of Pranayam. 
Especially if in your youth, you had fallen prey to smoking and did not have exposure to fresh air. Often as a smoker , you bind with a smoker and land up breathing exhaled and poisonous air in smoke filled rooms, which damages the tissues and cells of your lungs. Thus in old age , one needs to do extra pranayam to get rid of these toxins .
But when you do it, try to be "Doubtless Awareness" ... Ask your teacher to explain it.Its a rare quality and can be easily installed in ourselves.
The more cold we feel from within, the more lazy we are. Thus when we do Pranayam .. we generate heat and feel more active.
When you remove your guilt feelings, you become like Krishna , truly. So you can listen better and speak better. Just like the earth does not feel guilty for any catastrophe- be it any epidemic, tsunami, volcanoe etc. you also do not hold yourself responsible for any untoward incident of your life. Since you identify yourself as the soul and not the body when you cleanse the "Throat Chakra".. the more you identify yourself as the soul.. the more you feel like Krishna and not guilty of anything. Just like the closer a pin gets to the magnet, the more magnetic powers it carries.
One has to plead like an innocent child.. to the teacher to remove the guilt feelings. Plead for whatever you want in life. O Teacher "pls mould me in such a way that my husband thinks that I love him".. yes you can even ask for this. You will be surprised .. how many husbands of this world feel that their wives do not love them or care for them...
Sleep of 7 and half hours is essential either in breaks or continuos.. Whenever one is in dhyan or meditation and one feels sleepy , one should take a nap.. Get up fresh and then again sit for dhyan.
Whenever there is an argument... its best to speak confidently and make it up there and then. One should speak like Krishna.
That can happen if one is meditation at all times of the day. You can also ask for that.. O Teacher please see that I am in dhyan , even when I am brushing.
When we are in dhyan , we respect a person for what he is. We do not want him to change. Because then ''he" would not be "he" . He would be someone else. Just like we cannot wish the sun to be cool like the water or the air to be still like the earth, similarly we cannot expect one person to be like another. Yet they all need each other. The water needs the sun to evaporate and create rains. The earth needs the ozine layer to protect from the sun. Similarly we all need each other and shoudl be surrendered to each other and accept and love each other the way we are.
So , if we hold others guilty of anything or ourselves guilty of anything, we can never have confidence in others or ourselves. So pls surrender to your teacher and ask him to remove all the guilt feelings.
When this goes. the remaining .. your ego/ superego etc will also gradually leave you. When the guilt feelings go, you will be able to get rid of the shoulder and neck aches and also achieve your material objectives since you would inspire confidence in your self .
So you have to traverse the journey from Ganesha to the Guru.. from the "Mooladhar or the Root to the Sahasrar or the Crown Chakra" ...
At the same time do yogic asanas.. to loosed up the spine and the extra flab particularly.. bhujnagaasan, naukasan, and sarvang asan.. Even while sitting formally in dhyan .. one can do a few movements in between.
But one needs to ask again and again.. like we ask our help to get us this and that.. Similarly since the teacher also has a body and a mind and is not the Universal soul.. So one has to ask again and again.. that whatever I do I do with attention. ...
With proper attention in your tasks, one remains in the present and soon becomes like a beautifully fragrant flower like the jasmine or the "mogra".Others who hold you or are near you will also carry that fragrance.
Also since your guilt feelings are gone.. others will crave for your words.. Your speech will carry the sweetness of Radha Krishna... and you will also have some command and also be astute and diplomatic.
Next hurdle is the ego.. It should not be there , but at times a bit of it is also required.
Having ego about the past...leads to depression.. about the future.. leads to false perceptions.. that I shall do this and I shall do that.. about oneself. Ego should be only for the present and should be in balance.
If you have prayed to Krishna al your life.. but all your life you have carried guilt feelings about others and yourself.. then Krishna will not support you. Thus you have a neck ache.
Please now ask the teacher to please give me the sweet speech of Krishna or the discretionary powers of Krishna . Then even on the first day of your fight , you will talk confidently and sweetly and there will be no arguments.
When you are writing for others , write only what they can understand..
But when you become like Krishna.. others will want to listen to you... Think in you own way of what your teacher has told you and then write .. Its like your "Chaalisa" You will get vibrations.
Everyone has to be what he is.. A deer cannot be a tiger or a serpent cannot be like a bird.
So you create your own holy book .. your own Alka Chaalisa.
Contemplate that when husband is angry.. how to behave .. You will get so many suggestions...
Don't expect your husband to be like your father.
You should become like Krishna .. not like Arjun.. not a devottee but like the Lord himself.
If your husband is upset.. don't get affected.. pamper him . Be objective ... not subjective. Do not be judgmental. Just do whatever you have to do to achieve your objective and not be bothered about how he is accepting or reacting to you.
