Saturday July 12th' 2014

Time Management is very important. We can do all that we desire to do , but have not yet done, if we plan out our day and do things at suitable time as per our temperamant. Then we shall be able to stick to routine. For instance in afternoon if one is at home and feels like chilling out on the bed.. one can spend time with the laptop.Its not very intensive work, maybe writing notes on dhyan can be done at this time , if one is busy through the day.

Sleep at 10 am . Ask for creativity . Invoke the Saraswati in you . The work whch took you ages earlier will be done fast and you will love it too.
Also when your creativity will increase, your output will be more.If you are really pressed for time, you should ask for more time and you will surely get it.

When you ask for something specific, like I want that particular thing ONLY. You may or may not get it. Just like if you ask for that specific apple , you may get another apple , not exactly the same one. But it will be good too.

We draw powers from water also. So atleast 4 litres of water should be inside you daily.

Go for a walk. We draw powers from the air also.Walking on grass brings  us closer to the Earth element also. Sit or walk in morning sun also. We get the Agni tatva also .

Space or Ether is the aatma. The ether does and we feel that we are doing.The space is enjoying through our body.

When it rains or becomes hot.. all feel the heat. But those in dhyan will not feel it as much and will not be so restless. They will be able to tolerate.

One must try and sit cross legged or in Padmasan to get proper vibrations since in this posture the spine is straight and it makes it easier for Kundalini to rise.

We must make full use of all our organs . Exercise them or else the Universe will  spoil them , since it will feel that we do not need them

Teacher gives us luck as far as we do meditation. The medicines will become more effective and reach where they have to and the blockages will open up.

At basic level.. if you are coming for dhyan.. even the roads will become ok and it will be very easy to travel.

Dont keep asking for same thing over and over again. Once you have asked. it is registered and soon you will get it through dhyan.
Just like a pickle takes time to be ready, sometimes 6 month also, similarly you  also will take time to be ready.We shall also become more and more thoughtless gradually like the pickle softens gradually in the sun.

In dhyan.. you have 'iccha mrityu" and you can decide when you want to leave this earth. This is possible only in dhyan.

March 1st and 8th 2014

Do the dhyan and take protection since the Universe is our only friend.

When we help others the color runs on us also. Its like applying Mehandi on others hands.

Its also important that you meet more and more people and benefit more and more. Also to improve our health, we should not spend the day sitting in one corner.

Use your resources to meet your needs.Don't just store them.

Put attention on top of the head and we will get all the vibes. The Universe wants to test if we are remembering it all the time or not. If the Universe has become our friend , all is done. We fail to realise how much benefit we can get with meditation. The time we spend in frivolous pursuits like watching tv etc can be substituted with dhyan.

We can also use some techniques.. like the Nimbu Mirch or the Coconut or Salt water cleansing and develop our powers. You must be you. People give more importance to the river and not to the ocean.. or the Guru.

Universe has given us many natural remedies for ailments. for severe coughs- make a decoction of chittrarathai, dry pan leaves and ajwain seeds. Reduce 3 glasses to 1 glass and have one glass every hour.

In fever and headaches- have dry lotus flower and chittrarathai decoction.

Take Mulethi and soak in milk in the sun. Dry, powder and strain it and add to decoction. For any doubts write to us.

Saturday May 30th 2014.. Meditation

If someone is important in your life.. why should you not take trouble to do what pleases him or her?? She could be your life partner..your daughter /son /friend.. anyone !

If you think what she is asking you to do is not fair then what to do?
It all depends... Can you manage a situation when he / she remains upset ?? If no then do what he/ she is saying, even if it seems very irrational  and all along do meditation... Have faith. He / She will come around.  The key is patience, surrender  and faith in the infinite powers of the Universe.

Alongwith meditation ..keep yourself fit.. Do your physical exercises till you start sweating and  breathing exercises regularly to remain connected with yourself. This is the key to both physical and mental health. Try to take deep breaths in with one nostril, hold and exhale with the other nostril.. In yoga it is called Poorak, Kumbhak and Rechak.Do it at 5.30 before your dinner.

Eat early at 6.30. During dinner with the family if it is late have light meal, like curd, fruits and vegetables.

While doing pranayam.... ask for innocence to remove the obstacles in your path. Just work around doing meditation in any manner, whether it is sitting formally for meditation or talking, eating, sleeping whatever ..Just put attention on top of your head and feel the vibrations and all obstacles will be removed from your path.

If you ask for contentment, you will always be welcomed wherever you go since you do not want anything from the person you are meeting. They will like to be with you.

Left of the Nabhi Chakra is the seat of the spouse. Strengthen it..According to Hindu mythology it is the seat of the Grihalakshmi or being happily married and  the right is for Rajlakshmi or being contented with material objects.Pls strengthen these principles.Take plenty of water before doing dhyan. Its very good to cleanse your system.

Techniques


Use your hand as a stethoscope- If you get cool vibes then its good. If there is pain then it is not good.

The thumb is the Swadhisthan Chakra,  Big and middle finger - Nabhi ,  Small - Anahat.   First - Vishuddhi,  Third - Agya,

Remedies for health

For diarrhoea-

Chundaikkai- 50 gms, Manaktakalikai- 50 gms, Vaipampoo ( neem flower)-25 gms, Khus Khus- 25 gms, Heeng-12 gms, Salt nd Pepper - 25 gms, Jeera- 50 gms. Grind it and mix 2 tsp in rice . Good for indigestion and general stomach ailments. Have it 2- 3 days a week.

Have vegetable made of Lauki, Kaddu, Cucumber, Cabbage and Potato - heat with salt, heeng, jeera,green chilly and grated coconut. Eat with rice.

Have Avial - Make with carrot, beans, Drumstick, Gvarfali, cooked with rye and coconut oil. Have it with roti and south indian achar.



A good disciple- Saturday Feb 22 nd 2013

In winters - we need to protect ourselves, not by being next to heater but by wearing extra layers of woolens, having lots of garlic, sitting under the sun so the body can also generate heat , having hot water, concoction of ginger , cinnamon . All these create heat inside just like the sun and our laziness goes away.

Go for an hour walk everyday and shape up. More walking we do , closer we are to the Universe and the more vibrations we get, which leads to happiness.

Happiness is leading life on our own terms. Like the lotus flower, we may grow in dirt , but yet we live a life on our own terms.
Incidentally the lotus flower is also very good for pneumonia its stem contains zinc and is good for the brain.One can occasionally prepare a decoction of the flowers and drink it.

A good disciple is like a the banyan tree.. which stays in all weather and very few in number. Even in the severest droughts its leaves become yellow. Ordinary disciples are like the shrubs.. they come only in good times. But everyone cannot enter into spirituality, thus these trees are also very few. 

Learn the art of meditation and teach it in schools. We also become like the Goddess of learning or Goddess Saraswati. Who can harm the Goddess herself ? You can also collect funds for an Ashram and help more people benefit .




What to definitely eat- Saturday Nov 28th 2013

Get the maximum benefits of life from the forces of nature. Like sitting in winters in the direct sunlight is very beneficial.

Having ginger tea, mulethi powder or decoction of mulethi is also very good for constipation and all problems of the prostrate and urinary bladder

Through winters , have fresh orange/ pomergranate and beet root juice. Avoid amla juice. Have different nuts on different days.. For eg  Sun- Walnuts, Mon-  Peanuts, Tues- Pista , Wed - Dates, Thurs- Prunes, Fri- Cashewnuts, Sat- Channa.

The more we sit indoors, the more prone are we to coughing, since we are only breathing circulated air and do not get fresh air.

Have lots of fruits in the mornings... Afternoon-  Veg, Roti and Salad.. Night - less cereal.

Circumin or haldi - 1 tsp daily to heal all cells of your body.

Garlic- 1/2 big pod a day-or 15 full pods a month .

Fresh Ginger - sliced thinly

Do dhyan or meditation with others also, and with kids too. Only if we feel that we are getting the Godly particles because of the vibrations we feel confident that there is someone at your back to help you all the time.You must meditate for average one hour everyday.
